The Quay County Commissioners have shifted some dates for their meetings during the month of August. The Thursday, Aug. 12 meeting has been moved to Monday, Aug. 9 and the Thursday, Aug. 26 meeting has been moved to Monday, Aug. 23. According to Marissa Gabel of the Quay County Commissioners office, the change was necessary because of family medical necessities of one of the commissioners. The meetings will be in the Quay County Commissioners Chambers on the first floor of the County Courthouse Building at 300 South Third St.
