ROY — The top-ranked, unbeaten Clovis Christian Eagles will play at Lake Arthur at 1 p.m. Saturday in the 6-man state football championship.
The Panthers (8-3), seeded third in the six-teamfield, edged past Roy 67-66 at Roy on Saturday in a semifinal game. On Friday night, CCS blitzed Hondo 63-12 to earn its spot in the finals.
The Eagles played Lake Arthur at home earlier this season, winning 65-20.
