* Seth Bailey, Texico, scored 25 points and shot 9-of-13 at the line in Texico’s 79-60 win over the Clovis junior varsity for the championship in the Citizens Bank Border Shootout.
* Rawley Stallard, Fort Sumner, Fort Sumner, had 20 points and was a perfect 6-of-6 at the free-throw line in the Foxes’ 71-49 win over Tucumcari in the Grady Round Robin.
* Andy Duarte, Bovina, scored 21 points for Bovina, which fell 69-57 to Logan in the Citizens Bank Border Shootout consolation semifinals.
* J’Kobie Lee, Floyd, scored 18 points and hit four of the Broncos’ five 3-pointers in a 61-28 win over Grady in the Grady Round Robin.
* Landry Actkinson, Farwell, had 20 points and shot 10-of-10 from the line in the Steers’ 72-68 win over Logan in the fifth-place game of the Citizens Bank Border Shootout.
* Sammy Lawrence, Melrose, had 18 points in the Buffaloes’ 65-50 win over Bovina for seventh place in the Citizens Bank Border Shootout.
Girls
* Keegan Langford, Farwell, had 13 points in a low-scoring championship game, a 30-27 Lady Blue win over Texico at the Citizens Bank Border Shootout.
* Sarah Stinnett, Fort Sumner, averaged 27.5 points in a pair of games Saturday at the Lady Lion Classic in Santa Rosa. Stinnett had 34 points in the Vixens’ 46-45 overtime win over Class 3A Thoreau, and posted 21 in a 55-31 title game loss against Santa Rosa.
* Cara Barnard, Melrose, scored 19 points to lead Melrose, which lost 55-54 to Logan in the fifth-place game of the Citizens Bank Border Shootout.
