Notes: The Coyotes finished off a perfect district regular-season, riding a strong defensive effort down the stretch. “We had to claw our way back into the game,” Dora coach Ty Thatcher said. … Butler, Lieb and Josh Moore helped spark the Coyotes’ comeback after Floyd carried a four-point lead into the final period. Moore scored off an assist by Butler with a minute left, a basket Thatcher said was the turning point for Dora. “Unfortunately, we missed the front end of two 1-and-1s with a two-point lead late in the game,” Thatcher said. “It gave Floyd a chance for a contested 3-pointer at the end of the game, but our defense held them.”
