Taken into custody were pilot Trygve Lovsto and Lodema Osburg. Police said Osburg had kidnapped her three children from her ex-husband and their stepmother and flown from Tulsa, Okla., to Tucumcari. The three children were returned to their father and step mother and both suspects faced kidnapping charges out of Oklahoma.
