Services: At 7 p.m. Sunday a rosary will be recited at St. Anne's Catholic Church in Tucumcari. At 10 a.m. Monday a mass of Resurrection will be celebrated at St. Anne's. Rosemary E. Ligneel, 76, died on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007. at Dan Trigg Memorial Hospital following an extended illness. She was born May 22, 1931 in Lodi, Wisc. She had been a resident of Tucumcari for 34 years. She was a member of the St. Anne's Catholic Church. And for many years she was active in Helping Hands Hospice helping hospice patients with the daily routines of shopping and housekeeping. Survivors are three sisters: Madeline Buzzell of Baraboo, Wisc., and Victoria Meade and Marian Buchanan, both of Lodi; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother George Ligneel and by two sisters, Margaret Buchanan and Caroline Mays. Leo Padget will offiicate at the services. Burial will be at the Tucumcari Memorial Park Cemetery. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
