The following are lunch menus for the Tucumcari Senior Center. Coffee, tea and milk served daily

Thursday: RC beef enchilada, salsa corn, salad/dressing, apple cobbler

Friday: Baked fish, parsley potatoes, creamy coleslaw, whole wheat bread, chocolate pudding w/topping

Monday: Frito pie, lettuce, tomato, onions, mixed vegetable, lemon crisp cookie

Tuesday: Lemon baked chicken, rice, spinach salad, whole wheat roll, applesauce, yogurt w/peaches

Wednesday: Hot turkey sandwich, cranberry sauce, buttered green beans, tomato/cucumber slices, cottage cheese and fruit cocktail, sugar cookie
