Two Quay County 4-Hers are points ahead at Southeast District Horse Show
Comments 0 | Recommend 0At the Southeastern District 4-H Horse Show held in Roswell on June 20, Brea Valentine of Nara Visa riding “A Two Stepping Star” won Reserve High Point Junior Champion.
Desirae Evans of Tucumcari riding “Heza Poco Champ” won Reserve High Point Senior Champion.
Both are members of the Wrangler 4-H Club in Quay County.
Junior Brea Valentine placed first in Showmanship, first in Hunter under Saddle, first in Hunt Seat Equitation, second in Hunter Hack, second in Trail, first in Western Pleasure, second in Barrels, and third in Pole Bending.
Senior Desirae Evans placed second in Showmanship, second in Hunter under Saddle, third in Hunt Seat Equitation, second Trail, third Western Pleasure, first Western Horsemanship, third Reining, third Barrels, and third Pole Bending.
