The following is a sample of calls received during the last few days by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Sunday
l At 6:30 a.m., a female reported that there were two truck drivers about to fight at the semi fuel entrance on Mountain Road.
l At 8:38 a.m., a female reported that a male subject was being harassed by a female subject on east Walnut Avenue.
l At 9:58 a.m., a female reported a vehicle on Cemetery Road headed toward town with three occupants in it who appeared to be drunk.
l At 2:03 p.m., a male reported that a vehicle had hit a light pole in a parking lot of a business on south First Street.
l At 5:26 p.m., a female reported that her husband’s car had been broken into on east Center Street and about $20 and some money orders were taken.
l At 9:31 p.m., a motorist flagged down an officer on west Tucumcari Boulevard and reported that the keys had been locked in the motorist’s car.  An officer assisted the motorist in getting the spare keys to open the vehicle.
l At 8:01 a.m., a male at Conchas Dam reported that his wife had been missing since Saturday and that the wife’s purse was missing, but all of her medication was there and that his wife was a diabetic.  The caller was concerned and requested a welfare check. The call was transferred to the State Police.

Monday
l At 8:51 a.m., a male reported that the tailgate had been stolen from a three-quarter-ton truck at a business on south First Street.
l At 1:16 p.m., a male reported that his residence on south Fourth Street had been broken into while he was out of town for the weekend. An officer advised that $4,000 had been stolen from the residence.
l At 2:56 p.m. a female requested an officer to a business on south First Street regarding a fender-bender in the parking lot. An officer advised that one party had already left the scene and the other party advised that no damage had been done to their vehicle.
l At 7:04 p.m., a male requested a welfare check on his daughter. The caller said  that he had not heard from his daughter. An officer advised that the daughter had been contacted and was fine and that the father would be contacted the next day.
l At 10:52 p.m., a female on east Heman Avenue reported a male subject was fighting with his father and had broken a window.
l At 5:15 p.m., a male reported that he had scraped someone’s bumper who was parked too close to him on east Center Street.
l At 5:25 p.m., an anonymous caller reported there was a man lying halfway on the sidewalk next to a building on Tucumcari Boulevard, and the subject was not moving. An officer advised that the subject was picked up and dropped off on east Hines.
l At 8:10 p.m., a male requested an officer come to his house because he could not get his girlfriend to leave. 
l At 10:02 p.m., an anonymous caller reported there were several drunken juveniles in a room at a motel on west Route 66 Boulevard.
l At 10:22 p.m., an anonymous caller reported that an underage subject had stolen some alcohol from a business on south Rock Island Street.
l At 8:20 p.m., an anonymous caller reported that a male subject apparently had been hit by his own vehicle on Quay Road 469 and Route 66.
