Friends of Ute Lake plan outdoor holiday concert

By QCS Staff Two enterinment headliners will be the guest performers at the first annual “Stars on tthe Water 08,” concert on May 24. The event is a fundraiser sponsored by the Friends of Ute Lake State Park, said one of the organizers, Kathy Leal of Logan. Country artist Stephen Cochran is the featured peformer.
