Mesalands hosts dodgeball tournament

Kimberly Hanna Mesalands Community College hosted a dodgeball tournament on April 1 at the Tucumcari High School Gymnasium. Nine teams, each made up of five team members, competed in the tournament and Team O-hu-la-hans finished in first place. Roping contest set for this weekend

Hundreds of cowboys, both professional and amateur, will compete in calf-roping events this weekend. The third annual Joe’s Boot Shop Calf Roping is being held Friday through Saturday at the Curry County Mounted Patrol Arena.
