Walter R. Rucker Memorial services for Walter R. Rucker, who died July 11, 2006 will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Conchas Dam, near the lodge at Conchas Dam. Following his death, Mr. Rucker was cremated. Arrangements are by Dunn Funeral Home of Tucumcari.
