QCS Senior Writer Keller A Tucumcari man pleaded not guilty to an open count of murder Monday morning in Quay County Magistrate court in connection to the death of Kimberly Draman, said Tim Rose, 10th Judicial District, Chief Deputy District Attorney. A Tucumcari man has been charged with killing a Tucumcari woman missing since Sept. 13. A New Mexico State Police news release reports Frank Keller is accused of killing Kimberly Draman, whose body was found Oct. 5 near the intersection of U.S. 54 and Quay County Road AC. Officials have said Keller was arrested on unrelated charges last month driving Draman's vehicle in Las Vegas, Nev.
