    The New Mexico Department of Health on Monday reported the fifth death from COVID-19 in Quay County, along with a record-high 17 confirmed cases. According to an email from the agency, the latest death was a man in his 60s who was hospitalized and had underlying conditions.     The New Mexico Department of Health on Sunday reported four confirmed cases of coronavirus in Quay County, all in the Tucumcari ZIP code.
