A padlock remained on the west gate of the Quay County fairgrounds Wednesday morning after the Quay County 4-H/FFA Expo was postponed when a fair board member contracted COVID-19 and other fair board members possibly were exposed. Wednesday was supposed to be the first day of the expo.
