Zach Knox poses Sunday with his wife Savannah and his daughter Sienna on their small farm southeast of Tucumcari as two of their Dexter cattle munch on hay. Zach Knox enrolled in the Table Top Food Cooperative that mentors novice farmers. Knox is raising the cattle for beef production and is raising several types of vegetables for the local farmers market.
