Senior menus - April 4

The following are the lunch menus for the upcoming week at the Tucumcari Senior Center.

Thursday

Barbecue chicken thighs, creamy coleslaw, green beans, whole wheat roll and margarine, chocolate pudding with toppings

Friday

Baked fish, tarter sauce, tater tots, broccoli salad, dinner roll and margarine, apricots.

Monday

Creole pork chop, pasta, carrots with margarine and almonds, French bread with margarine, mandarin oranges.

Tuesday

Chicken cutlet, green beans, sweet potatoes and margarine, whole wheat roll with margarine, mixed fruit.

Wednesday

Pork ribs, corn, broccoli, whole wheat bread with margarine, pear cobbler.
