The Tucumcari Public Library's summer reading program starts with registration from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday for kids age 2 1/2 to eighth grade, according to Librarian Dainetta Kroeker. Monday’s activities will also include making “scratch-out” bookmarks. More information is available by calling (575) 461-0295 or visiting the library, 602 S. 2nd St.
