The Tucumcari Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution is sponsoring its Veterans Appreciation Breakfast from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Tucumcari Elks Lodge, 2118 S. Adams, Tucumcari.
There is no charge for veterans. Spouses and other guests will be charged $5 each.
The menu includes sausage, bacon, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and drinks.
On Sunday, the DAR chapter will present a program to honor veterans and active-duty service personnel at 1:30 p.m. at the Elks Lodge.
