Police Blotter/ Jail Log— June 8 - June 12

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

June 8

• 6:13 a.m., an alarm was reported at a retail store on the 400 block of East US Highway 54. An officer advised all was OK.

• 4:04 p.m,. a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 1400 block of East Route 66. Bobby Vandiver, 28, was arrested for criminal damage to property and larceny. Vandiver was taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• 6:23 p.m., a woman reported an accident on the corner of South Choctaw Street and East Laughlin Avenue. Steven Keene, 53, was charged with driving under the influence (second offense) and taken to QCDC.

• 8:15 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 1400 block of South Monroe Street. An officer advised all was OK.

June 9

• 8:51 a.m., Andrew Martinez, 24, was arrested for a warrant at the District Courthouse on the 300 block of South Third Street. Martinez was taken to QCDC.

• 1:13 p.m., a woman reported vandalism at the Senior Center on the 500 block of South Third Street.

• 3:27 p.m., a woman reported a fight on the 400 block of West Hines Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• 3:31 p.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 300 block of South Fifth Street.

• 4:40 p.m., an alarm was reported at the hospital on the 300 block of East Miel De Luna Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• 5:46 p.m., a woman reported threats at a residence on the 1000 block of East Heman Avenue.

• 7:03 p.m., a woman reported harassment at a residence on the 1700 block of South Second Street.

June 10

• 1:27 p.m., a woman reported two unwanted men at a business on the 300 block of East Route 66. An officer advised the men left the area.

• 3:59 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 100 block of West Route 66. James Apodaca, 37, was arrested for resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, criminal trespass and was taken to QCDC.

• 4:03 p.m., Henry Martinez, 23, was arrested for a probation violation on the 1900 block of South Mountain Road. Martinez was taken to QCDC.

• 4:26 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a retail store on the 2100 block of West Route 66.

• 6:27 p.m., an alarm was reported at a bank on the 300 block of South First Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• 7:57 p.m., a man reported vandalism at a building on the 100 block of Nort Adams Street.

June 11

• 2:11 a.m., an alarm was reported at a retail store on the 1400 block of East Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

• 8:58 a.m., a woman reported an unwanted man at a residence on the 1900 block of South Third Street. An officer advised the man was told to leave the area.

• 10:55 a.m., Jennifer Smith, 40, was arrested for a warrant on the corner of East Maxe Avenue and South Rock Island Street. Smith was taken to QCDC.

• 1:29 p.m., a woman reported a fight on the 600 block of South Sixth Street.

• 2:48 p.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

• 7:33 p.m., a woman reported a dispute at a motel on the 800 block of West Route 66.

• 8:36 p.m., a man reported an unwanted woman at a residence on the 500 block of East High Avenue.

June 12

• 2:16 a.m, an alarm was reported at a retail store on the 1400 block of East Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

• 10:54 a.m., Ryan Wolman, 28, was arrested for a warrant on the 1300 block of South Adams Street. Wolman was taken to QCDC.

• 12:52 p.m., a woman reported a fight on the 1300 block of South Rock Island Street.

• 3:19 p.m., Leslie Maupin, 45, was arrested for a warrant on the 900 block of South Monroe Street. Maupin, was taken to QCDC

• 5:39 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue. An officer advised the parties were separated.

• 7:02 p.m., a woman reported a disturbance at a residence on the 300 block of South Choctaw Street.

• 7:28 p.m., a woman reported harassment at a residence on the 600 block of North Second Street.

The following were booked into the Quay County Detention Center June 8 - June 14 (Some of the bookings are warrants served to inmates at QCDC:

• Cassandra Jimenez, 35, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana

• Rita Lopez, 34, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, trespass, shoplifting

• Jake Williams, 25, aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, reckless driving

• Jennifer Smith, 40, warrant

• Leslie Maupin, 45, warrant

• Erlinda, Farfan, 35, warrant

• Ryan Wolman, 28, warrant
