Police Blotter/Jail Log— June 22- June 26

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

June 22

• 1:37 a.m., a man reported a dispute at a residence on the 1900 block of South Seventh Street. An officer advised all was OK; the parties separated for the night.

• 6:26 a.m., an alarm was reported at a business on the 6200 block of Quay Road AP.6. An officer advised all was OK.

• 9:25 a.m., a man reported an assault on the 1700 block of South Seventh Street. Rusty Shiplet, 38, was arrested for assault and taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• 10:01 a.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 1500 block of South Jackson Street.

• 10:43 a.m., a man reported vandalism of a vehicle at a fuel station on the 2000 block of South Mountain Road.

• 10:47 a.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

• 11:30 a.m., Raymond Holiday, 26, was arrested for a warrant on the 100 block of East Main Street. Holiday was taken to QCDC.

• 12:38 p.m., a woman reported a fraud at a bank on the 500 block of South Second Street.

• 4:45 p.m., an alarm was reported at a building on the 1600 block of North Rock Island Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• 6:11 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 600 block of Highland Drive. An officer advised all was OK.

June 23

• 2:22 a.m., a man reported a prowler on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue. An officer advised they made contact with two juvenile males and all was OK.

• 9:16 a.m., a woman reported a dispute at a business on the 900 block of East Route 66.

• 9:25 a.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 700 block of Sunset Avenue. An officer advised the parties were separating for the day.

• 12:29 p.m., a woman reported a dispute with a customer at City Hall on the 200 block of East Center Street. An officer advised the problem was resolved.

• 2:06 p.m., a man walked into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• 7:45 p.m., a man walked into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report threats.

• 9:20 p.m., a man reported harassment at a residence on the 1600 block of South Adams Street.

• 11:34 p.m., John Blackmon, 24, was arrested for a warrant on the 700 block of Sunset Avenue. Blackmon was taken to QCDC.

June 24

• 1:17 a.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at fuel station on the 2000 block of South Mountain Road. Paul Allison Jr., 42, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and taken to QCDC.

• 6:18 a.m., an alarm was reported at a restaurant on the 800 block of West Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

• 12:10 p.m., a woman reported threats at a residence on the 7000 block of QR AI. An officer advised all was OK the problem was resolved.

• 3:10 p.m., a man reported a dispute at a residence on the 1300 block of South Second Street.

• 4:07 p.m., a man reported vandalism of a building on the 500 block of South Second Street.

• 4:52 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 400 block of South Rock Island Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• 8:09 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 100 block of West Route 66. Jessica Engel, 28, was arrested for shoplifting and taken to QCDC.

• 10:27 p.m., a woman walked into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

June 25

• 1:33 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of East Aber Avenue and South Rock Island Street. Melissa Bellport, 32, was arrested for a warrant and taken to QCDC.

• 6:15 a.m., an alarm was reported at a restaurant on the 800 block of West Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

• 8:56 a.m., an alarm was reported at a building on the 900 block of West Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

• 12:55 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 500 block of South Sixth Street.

• 2:20 p.m., a man reported threats at a building on the 900 block of East Hancock Avenue.

• 10:53 p.m., Dominick Rodriguez, 23, was arrested for a warrant on the corner of West Route 66 and South Rock Island Street. Rodriguez was sent to QCDC.

June 26

• 12:01 a.m., a man reported a fight on the 1300 block of East Main Street. An officer advised there was no one at the scene.

• 1:41 a.m., a man reported a prowler on the 1900 block of South Eighth Street. An officer advised they patrolled the area and all was OK.

• 4:59 a.m., a woman reported a prowler on the 2000 block of South 10 Street. An officer advised they patrolled the area and all was OK.

• 7:30 a.m., a man reported a theft at a residence on the 500 block of South Sixth Street.

• 3:11 p.m., a woman reported a fight at a motel on the 2900 block of East Route 66. An officer advised it was all OK was only a verbal argument.

• 11:44 p.m., a woman reported a prowler on the 1100 block of South Fourth Street. An officer advised they patrolled the area and all was OK.
