Police Blotter/Jail Log — Oct. 7

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Sept. 28

• 12:49 a.m., a woman reported shots fired on the 1400 block of South Fourth Street. An officer advised they patrolled the area and all was OK.

• 8:18 a.m., a woman reported a burglary of a vehicle on the 700 block of South First Street.

• 9:46 a.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue. An officer advised they spoke with the residents and they were going to separate for the night.

• 10:40 a.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a dispute.

• 11:21 a.m., Marcus Pacheco, 23, was arrested for a warrant at a residence on the 1600 block of South Second Street. Pacheco was taken to QCDC.

• 1:42 p.m., a woman walked into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a dispute.

• 8:57 p.m., a woman walked into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

Sept. 29

2:55 a.m., a man reported shots fired on the 1300 block of South Fourth Street. An officer advised they a patrolled the area and all was OK.

• 11:51 a.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 700 block of Sunset Avenue. An officer advised that one of the parties involved had left prior to their arrival.

• 12:27 p.m., Jackson Talivite, 37, was arrested for a warrant on the 500 block of South Sixth Street. Talivite was taken to QCDC.

• 8:14 p.m., a woman reported an unwanted man at a fuel station on the 2600 block of South First Street. An officer advised the man had left prior to their arrival.

• 8:37 p.m., a woman reported an assault at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue.

Sept. 30

• 10:46 a.m., a deputy conducted a traffic stop on the 400 block of East Third. Pete Baca, 52, was arrested for a warrant and taken to QCDC.

• 10:52 a.m., a woman walked into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report lost property.

• 11:38 a.m., Stacy Smith, 43, was arrested for a warrant on the 200 block of East Center Street. Smith was taken to QCDC.

• 1:58 p.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 400 block of East Route 66. An officer advised that the parties were separated.

• 9 p.m., a woman reported an unwanted man at a residence on the 2300 block of South First Street.

• 9:04 p.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 600 block of North Second Street.

• 9:25 p.m., a woman reported an assault at a residence on the 1800 block of South First Street.

• Oct. 1

• 9:52 a.m., a man reported fraud at a residence on the 1900 block of South Third Street.

• 11:21 p.m., a man reported vandalism at a hotel on the 800 block of West Route 66.

• 11:59 p.m., a woman reported a suspicious man on the 1500 block of West Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

Oct. 2

• 10:37 a.m., a man reported an unwanted woman at a residence on the 900 block of East Heman Avenue. Nikki Crisman, 31, was arrested for a warrant and taken to QCDC.

• 2:49 p.m., a woman walked into the PD on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a dispute.

• 2:58 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 500 block of East Heman Avenue.

• 6:39 p.m., a man reported a theft at a residence on the 1900 block of South Second Street.

• 7:16 p.m., Johnathan Martinez, 22, was arrested for a warrant on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue. Martinez was taken to QCDC.
