Police Blotter/ Jail Log— Oct. 21

The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Oct. 12

• 1:43 a.m., a man reported a suspicious man at a fuel station on the 600 block of South Rock Island Street. The man told the officer a man had come into the store earlier and returned looking for his dope that he had lost. An officer advised they patrolled the area and did not find the man.

• 2:16 a.m., a woman reported a dispute on the corner of South Fourth Street and West Dehoney Avenue. An officer advised they made contact with four people walking in the street. Tina Molina, 19, was arrested for a warrant and taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• 5:23 a.m., a woman reported a fight at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue. Justin Martinez, 28, was arrested for aggravated battery against a household member and Nikki Newman, 27, was arrested for resisting, evading or obstructing an officer. Newman and Martinez were taken to QCDC.

• 1:46 p.m., a man reported a burglary of a vehicle on the 100 block of North Adams Street.

• 2:50 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue.

• 5:54 p.m., a woman reported a dispute on the 400 block of East Center Street. The woman told the officer that a woman was yelling and chasing a child down the road. An officer advised that all was OK, it was just a woman disciplining a grandchild.

• 7:14 p.m., a woman reported vandalism of a residence on the 1100 block of South Adams Street.

Oct. 13

• 1:16 a.m., a man reported a man with a gun at the bus station on the 2600 block of South First Street. An officer advised all was OK; the man did not have a gun.

• 8:12 a.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 6200 block of Quay Road AG. An officer advised all was OK.

• 3:43 p.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• 4:25 p.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report fraud.

• 4:27 p.m., a man reported a theft at a residence on the 700 block of South Fifth Street.

• 7:32 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 1100 block of East High Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

Oct. 14

• An officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner or North Leonard Street and East Whitmore Avenue. Brandi Johnson, 33, was arrested for a warrant and taken to QCDC.

• 3:44 p.m., Jesse Lunn, 27, was arrested for a warrant at a residence on the 500 block of East Laughlin Avenue. Lunn was taken to QCDC.

• 4:17 p.m., an alarm was reported at a building on the 1600 block of North Rock Island Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• 7:10 p.m., a woman reported threats at a residence on the 500 block of West Turner Avenue.

Oct. 15

• 7:48 a.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at a fuel station on the 1500 block of Frontage Road 4132.

• 9:48 a.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report fraud.

• 10:23 a.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 3300 block of Quay Road AS.

• 1:46 p.m., a woman reported an unwanted man at a residence on the 1700 block of South Second Street. An officer advised the man left the residence.

• 3:03 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a fuel station on the 1600 block of South First Street.

• 10:18 p.m., a woman reported a suspicious man on the 100 block of East High Avenue. The woman told an officer that the man was screaming in the alley. An officer advised they patrolled the area and all was OK.

Oct. 16

* 7:15 a.m., a man reported a suspicious man waiving a knife on the corner of South First Street and West Route 66. James Smith, 60, was arrested for disorderly conduct and was taken to QCDC.

• 9:08 a.m., a woman reported a theft at a shop on the 2000 block of South Mountain Road.

• 3:37 p.m.,. a woman reported a burglary of a vehicle on the 200 block of South Laughlin Avenue.

• 6:58 p.m., a woman reported a dispute at a residence on the 1900 block of South Third Street. An officer advised that a taser had been used. Allen Mckinney, 48, was arrested for criminal trespass and taken to QCDC.

• Cabera Brown, 47, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer

• Christopher Martinez, 20, warrant

• Justin Martinez, 28, aggravated battery against a household member

• Nikki Newman, 27, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer

• Orlando Martinez, 26, court ordered

• Brandi Johnson, 33, warrant

• Jesse Lunn, 27, warrant

• James Smith, 60, disorderly conduct

• Theresa Simmons, 52, aggravated driving under the influence

• Andrey Rojas, 30, warrant

• Allen Mckinney, 48, criminal trespass
