The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Oct. 19

• 9:33 a.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• 4:16 p.m., a man reported an unwanted man at a residence on the 1800 block of South Sixth Street.

• Joseph Martinez, 29, was arrested for a warrant and taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• 4:35 p.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• 7:20 p.m., a man reported three suspicious men at a vacant residence on the 1000 block of South Adams Street. Royce Shivers, 30, was arrested for a warrant and taken to QCDC.

• 9:34 p.m., a man reported shots fired on the corner of South Rock Island Street and East Evens Avenue.

Oct. 20

• 9:10 a.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report harassment.

• 12:52 p.m., a man reported a theft at a residence on the 400 block of North Second Street.

• 4:52 p.m., a man reported a theft at a fuel station on the 1900 block of South Mountain Road.

• 7:53 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 1400 block of East Route 66. Bernie Chacon, 58, was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked license. Chacon was taken to QCDC.

Oct. 21

• 2:33 a.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 1000 block of South Monroe Street.

• 1:59 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 700 block of East South Avenue.

• 6:25 p.m., a woman reported a theft at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue.

Oct. 22

• 12:37 a.m., a man reported a shoplifter at a fuel station on the 600 block of South Rock Island Street.

• 2:14 p.m., Olivia Cordova, 22, was arrested for a warrant at the Magistrate Court on the 100 block of West Center Street. Cordova was taken to QCDC.

• 2:38 p.m., Andres Apodaca, 30, was arrested for a warrant on the corner of South Fourth Street and West Nobles Avenue. Apodaca was taken to QCDC.

• 5:13 p.m., a woman reported harassment at a residence on the 1400 block of East Heman Avenue.

• 9:42 p.m., an alarm was reported at a residence on the 600 block of Amarosa Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.
