The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.

Jan. 11

• 5:47 a.m., a man reported a prowler on the 1600 block of South Eighth Street. The man told the officer that there were noises coming from the alley. An officer advised they patrolled the area and all was OK.

• 2:42 p.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• 6:14 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the 2900 block of East Route 66. Cedar Chavarria, 24, was arrested for a warrant and was taken to the Quay County Detention Center.

• 8:32 p.m., an alarm was reported at a building on the 1600 block of North Rock Island Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• 10:11 p.m., an alarm was reported at a building on the 600 block of East Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

Jan. 12

• 2:29 a.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 1600 block of South First Street. An officer advised the parties were separated for the night.

• 8:05 a.m., an alarm was reported at an office on the 300 block of East Smith Avenue. An officer advised all was OK.

• 1:56 p.m.,. a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a dispute.

• 2:37 p.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.

• 6:36 p.m., a woman reported an assault at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue.

• 6:59 p.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report threats.

• 8:49 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 200 block of West Route 66.

Jan. 13

• 6:10 a.m., a woman reported a suspicious man at a hotel on the 2500 block of South Adams Street. The woman told officers that the man was in the parking lot harassing customers and walking in and out of the building. Jared Tumbleson, 24, was arrested for a warrant and was taken to QCDC.

• 11:09 a.m., Nathaniel Lopez, 18, was arrested for a warrant on the 1100 block of South Seventh Street. Lopez was taken to QCDC.

• 3:21 p.m., a woman reported shots fired on the 400 block of East Route 66. An officer advised they patrolled the are and all was OK.

• 4:58 p.m., an alarm was reported at an office on the 200 block of West Center Street. An officer advised all was OK.

• 6:41 p.m., a woman reported harassment at a residence on the 1300 block of East Heman Avenue.

• 11:05 p.m., a man reported an open door at a bank on the 200 block of East Main Street. An officer advised the door was secured an all was OK.

Jan. 14

• 9:08 a.m., a man reported a shoplifter at a fuel station on the 1900 block of South Mountain Road.

• 2:08 p.m., Tina Collier, 31, was arrested for a warrant on the 800 block of East Laughlin Avenue. Collier was taken to QCDC.

• 2:13 p.m., a man reported a burglary at a residence on the 700 block of West Evans Avenue.

• 5:23 p.m., an alarm was reported at an office on the 200 block of West Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.

• 8:05 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the 400 block of East Route 66. Oscar Torres, 26, was arrested for a warrant and was taken to QCDC.

• 9:18 p.m., a woman reported a prowler on the 1300 block of South Second Street. The woman told the officer that someone was knocking on the door of the residence and leaving. An officer advised they patrolled the area and made contact with no one.

Jan. 15

• 4:41 a.m., Jeremy Crane, 25, was arrested for a warrant on the corner of South Third Street and West High Avenue. Crane was taken to QCDC.

• 4:01 p.m., a woman reported a dispute at a residence on the 800 block of East Hines Avenue.

• 4:05 p.m., a man reported a theft at a retail store on the 200 block of West Route 66.

• 7:14 p.m., a woman reported a shoplifter at a retail store on the 2100 block of East Route 66.

• 7:56 p.m., a woman reported a suspicious man with a gun on the 600 block of East Smith Avenue. The woman told officers that a man got out of a car with a rifle and was banging on the door of a residence on the 600 block of East Smith Avenue. An officer advised they were unable to make contact with the resident and patrolled the area and did not locate the vehicle.

• 9:01 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the 600 block of South Fourth Street. Maria Apodaca, 32, was arrested for a domestic dispute and was taken to QCDC.

• Freddy Brito, 54, possession of Marijuana

• Cedar Chavarria, 24, driving while license suspended or revoked, warrants

• George Gutierrez, 43, driving under the influence of liquor

• Nathaniel Lopez, 18, warrant

• Jared Tumbleson, 24, warrant

• Tina Collier, 31, warrant

• Jeremy Crane, 25, warrant

• Oscar Torres, 26, warrant

• Maria Apodaca, 32, domestic dispute

The following individuals were released from the Quay County Detention Center Jan. 11 - Jan. 15.
