Senior menus - July 19

The following are the menus for the Tucumcari and Logan senior centers for today through July 26. Coffee, tea and milk are served daily.

Logan

Thursday: Red chili beef with potatoes, pinto beans, flour tortilla, chocolate chip cookie

Friday: Stuffed bell pepper, baked beans, carrots, biscuits, fruit cocktail

Monday: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole wheat roll, margarine, apple cobbler

Tuesday: Baked ham, sweet potato, spinach, cornbread, margarine, cottage cheese, pineapple

Wednesday: Italian chicken, broccoli salad, cabbage, Italian cheesy bread, peach pound cake

Tucumcari

Thursday: Baked pork chop, stuffing, buttered spinach, whole wheat roll, margarine, fruit cocktail

Friday: Turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes with gravy, buttered peas and carrots, tapioca pudding

Monday: Chicken salad sandwich, celery sticks, tater tots, cottage cheese, peaches

Tuesday: Sweet and sour meatballs, wild rice, carrots and peppers, breadsticks, fruit yogurt

Wednesday: Baked fish, tartar sauce, cole slaw, mixed vegetables, hushpuppy, banana pudding
