Logan
Thursday: Barbecue chicken, Parmesan pasta, Brussels sprouts, salad with dressing, crackers, orange sherbet
Friday: Liver with onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, sliced cucumbers, whole wheat roll, margarine, peaches and strawberries
Monday: Hamburger steak, mashed potatoes with cream gravy, beets, biscuit, cottage cheese, fruit cocktail
Tuesday: Tuna salad sandwich, cheese and carrots sticks, sliced tomatoes, banana
Wednesday: Taco salad, Spanish rice, crackers, mandarin oranges
Tucumcari
Thursday: Baked fish, tater tots, coleslaw, dinner roll, margarine, apricots
Friday: Chicken and corn casserole with green chile, pinto beans, spinach, margarine, flour tortilla, mandarin orange
Monday: Meatballs in marinara, wild rice, carrots with peppers, breadstick, yogurt
Tuesday: Ham with beans, fried okra, cornbread, margarine, Jell-O with fruit
