The following are the menus for the Tucumcari and Logan senior centers in Quay County for today through July 18:

Friday: Red chile enchiladas, salsa corn, salad with dressing, sugar cookie

Monday: Round steak with mushroom gravy, baked potato, margarine, whole wheat roll, banana pudding

Tuesday: Pork chop, stuffing, parmesan potato rounds, cabbage, cottage cheese, pears

Wednesday: Liver with onions, mashed potatoes, green beans, cucumber salad, whole wheat roll, margarine, peaches with strawberries

Tucumcari

Thursday: Santa Fe chicken, rice, broccoli with cheese, buttered carrots, pineapple upsidedown cake

Friday: Salisbury steak, baked potato, margarine, spinach, whole wheat roll, tropical fruit

Monday: Baked chicken, creamy coleslaw, green beans, whole wheat roll, margarine, chocolate pudding

Tuesday: Roast beef, scalloped potatoes, turnip greens, salad, biscuit, margarine, peanut butter cookie
