• Pete Ottis Risper, 43, Tucumcari, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), tampering with evidence (capital crime or first- or second-degree felony) and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer during an arrest.

• Gilbert Leroy Romero, 51, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Frank Zizzo, 45, Bordman, Ohio, detox hold.

• James Martinez, 47, Tucumcari, contempt of court.
