• David Moses Garcia, 27, Tucumcari, possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), larceny ($100 or less), possession of drug paraphernalia and attempt to commit a felony (tampering with evidence, third- or fourth-degree felony).

• Cynthia Lee Hamilton, 48, Tucumcari, battery.

• Adam Kaiser Meerza, 28, Tucumcari, warrant, charge not listed.

• Kenyatta Willis, 43, no address listed, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property (over $1,000), wrongful use of public property and concealing identity.

• Alan Jerome Fleenor, 49, Cabot, Arkansas, two counts of possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

• Setheria Paul Kolyer, 18, Tucumcari, possession of drug paraphernalia, attempt of commit a felony (receiving stolen property over $500), possession of marijuana (one ounce or less), two counts of aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle (first offense), false imprisonment and two counts of interference with communications.

• Riley J. Severeid, 18, Tucumcari, two counts of aggravated burglary, aggravated battery, unlawful taking of a motor vehicle (first offense), false imprisonment and two counts of interference with communications.

• Rubio A. Melissa, 38, Clovis, warrant from other counties or states.

• David Sandoval Jr., 40, Tucumcari, three counts of contempt of court.

• Ernest Lee Arguello Jr., 27, Tucumcari, court-ordered release.
