A crane on Thursday lowers a prefabricated deck slab onto a new overpass being built at the Endee exit of Interstate 40. A project manager said work likely will be finished before Thanksgiving.
ENDEE - Operators at Russell's Travel Center aren't the only ones hoping an ongoing replacement of an aged overpass over Interstate 40 finishes as quickly as possible.
