Menus - Sept. 9

The Tucumcari Senior Center and Logan Senior Center remain closed to the public indefinitely but will deliver meals to those who qualify. Those interested in meal deliveries should call the Tucumcari facility at 461-2307 and the Logan facility at 487-2287 for more information. Area schools are using a hybrid model of online and/or in-person teaching.

Tucumcari schools

Wednesday — Breakfast: Cinnamon graham cracker, Lucky Charms, milk; Lunch: Cheese quesadilla, pinto beans, lettuce salad, fresh tomatoes, salsa, fresh orange.

Thursday — Breakfast: Maple pancakes, plums, orange juice; Lunch: Chicken salad pita, garden salad, fresh broccoli, fat-free ranch dressing, fresh apple.

Friday — Breakfast: Cherry frudel, apple juice, milk; Lunch: Chicken Philly hoagie, balsamic roasted zucchini, peas, baked potato chips, chocolate skim milk.

Monday — Not available.

Tuesday — Not available.

Tucumcari Senior Center

Wednesday — Italian pork chop, broccoli with cheese, mixed vegetables, whole-wheat roll with margarine, peaches.

Thursday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes with gravy, green beans, whole-wheat roll with margarine, vanilla pudding.

Friday — Green chile chicken enchilada, pinto beans, calabacitas, crackers, Jell-O with fruit.

Monday — Meatballs, potato wedges, zucchini, whole-wheat bread, cantaloupe.

Tuesday — Chicken 'n' rice, broccoli, peas and carrots, roll, oatmeal cookie.

Logan Senior Center

Wednesday — Egg salad sandwich, potato chips, broccoli with ranch dressing, orange, cookie.

Thursday — Barbecued chicken, coleslaw, green beans, whole-wheat roll with margarine, chocolate pudding with topping.

Friday — Meatloaf, au gratin potatoes, Brussels sprouts, roll with margarine, watermelon.

Monday — Baked ham, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, green beans, cornbread with margarine, peanut butter cookie.

Tuesday — Spaghetti and sauce, salad with dressing, spinach, garlic bread, pear cobbler.
