The Tucumcari Senior Center and Logan Senior Center remain closed to the public indefinitely but will deliver meals to those who qualify. Those interested in meal deliveries should call the Tucumcari facility at 461-2307 or the Logan facility at 487-2287 for more information.
Tucumcari Senior Center
Wednesday — Beef fajita, pinto beans with green chile, salsa, flour tortillas, oatmeal cookie.
Thursday — Hidden chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, broccoli with cheese, bread, yellow cake with icing.
Friday — Steak and stuff, spinach, Parmesan potato rounds, whole-wheat roll with margarine, lemon bar.
Monday — Pork stir fry with vegetables, salad and dressing, wheat roll with margarine, sugar cookie.
Tuesday — Barbecued chicken thighs, creamy coleslaw, green beans, whole-wheat roll with margarine, chocolate pudding with topping.
Logan Senior Center
Wednesday — Tuna salad sandwich, tomato and cucumber salad, fruit, yogurt.
Thursday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed veggies, whole-wheat roll, strawberries and bananas.
Friday — Chicken Parmesan, penne noodles, peas and mushrooms, dinner roll with margarine, fruit.
Monday — Lemon baked chicken, white rice, spinach salad with dressing, beets, whole-wheat roll, spice cake.
Tuesday — Spaghetti with sauce, corn, salad, garlic bread, Jell-O with fruit, whipped cream.
