• Dylan Jackie Bennett, 22, Tucumcari, aggravated fleeing a law enforcement officer, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (0.16 or above), criminal damage to property (over $1,000), resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, driving while license suspended or revoked, reckless driving, improper use of evidence of registration and two counts of aggravated assault upon a police office with a deadly weapon.
