Kandel's Street Sips Tea Shack and More co-owner Rhonda Kandel prepares to open her business on Saturday morning. Kandel's Street Sips is set up in a parking lot along Route 66 near the Kix on 66 restaurant and the Roadrunner Lodge Motel.
