— Teresa Russell, 34, Tucumcari, trespassing, resisting, evading or obstructing an officer and three counts of battery upon a peace officer.
— Jesse Ray Lunn, 34, Tucumcari, two counts of contempt of court.
No individuals were released from the Quay County Detention Center from Nov. 8 to Nov. 13.
