Wednesday — Breakfast: Pork sausage biscuit sandwich, assorted cereal, graham crackers, red grapes, orange juice, skim or 1% milk; Lunch: Ham and egg chef salad, bean and cheese burrito, corn, fresh broccoli, salsa, ranch dressing, orange, skim, chocolate skim, 1% or strawberry milk.

Thursday — Breakfast: Sausage and egg muffinwich, assorted cereal, graham crackers, apple juice, orange juice, skim, 1% or strawberry milk; Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich, cheeseburger, French fries, baked beans, romaine lettuce, dill pickle chip, fresh mixed fruit, skim, chocolate skim, 1% or strawberry milk.

Wednesday — Pork tamale, roasted corn, black beans, corn chips, apple.

Thursday — Ruben sandwich, sauerkraut, Mediterranean veggies, Sun Chips, Jell-O.

Friday — Beef and cabbage, parsley potatoes, beets, roll with margarine, cottage cheese.

Monday — Chicken Alfredo, broccoli, garden salad with dressing, garlic toast, chocolate covered strawberries.

Tuesday — Open-faced sloppy joe with pickles and onions, zucchini, potato wedges, pineapple chunks, yogurt.

Wednesday — Breakfast: Bagels, breakfast pizza, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, fruit, milk, juice; Lunch: Cheeseburger, baked fries, garnish, fruit, milk, juice.

Thursday — Breakfast: Yogurt parfait, breakfast bars, milk, juice; Lunch: Fajitas, rice, beans, salsa, cold veggies, fruit, juice, milk.

Wednesday — Red chile beef enchilada with lettuce and tomato, refried beans, Spanish rice, banana pudding.

Friday — Beef and cabbage, parsley potatoes, green beans, roll with margarine, cottage cheese with peaches.

Monday — Bean and cheese burrito, Spanish rice, chips and salsa, tapioca pudding.

Tuesday — Tater tot casserole, beets, roll with margarine, Jell-O with mandarin oranges.
