Tucumcari and New Mexico State Police keep watch over the scene of a shooting in the northwest part of the city.
A person was hospitalized after being shot in northwest Tucumcari about noon Saturday.
Tucumcari Police Chief Patti Lopez said the shooting occurred in the 600 block of West High Street. Dispatchers received several calls of shots fired in that area....
