• Bonita Aughtman, 30, Tucumcari, aggravated stalking (violation of court order) and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (during arrest).

• Mark Vernon Lawrence, 37, Logan, contempt of court.

• Jason Reid, 36, Tucumcari, battery and disorderly conduct.

• Javier Ureste, 34, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Dylan Eccles-Szaloy, 19, Tucumcari, reckless driving and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• James Lovato, 54, Albuquerque, felony contempt of court.
