• Richard Jeffery Clark, 21, Tucumcari, criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000) and battery against a household member.

• Mandy Wilson, 36, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Lora Cowlishan, 28, Tucumcari, assault against a household member, battery against a household member and criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000).
