• Tiffany D. Salazar, 42, Clovis, expired registration plate.

• John Albert Bagley, 65, Tucumcari, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (0.16 or above) and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Stephanie J. Coy, 61, Tucumcari, municipal charge (not listed).

• Frederico Hernandez, 46, residential burglary, possession of burglary tools and criminal trespass (posted).
