• John Albert Bagley, 66, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Jessica Vest, 28, Tucumcari, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

• Steven P. Sandoval, 41, Tucumcari, attempt to commit a felony, to wit: unlawful taking of a motor vehicle (first offense), aggravated battery (no great bodily harm), contempt of court, felony possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer (arrest).

These individuals were released from the Quay County Detention Center from May 25 to May 26:
