Tucumcari Senior Center

Wednesday — Hawaiian pork, tossed salad with dressing, whole-wheat bread, strawberries and vanilla pudding.

Thursday — Pepper steak, baked potato with margarine, California vegetables, roll, cherry cobbler.

Friday — Turkey breast, pasta with Alfredo, spinach with margarine, breadstick with margarine, orange.

Monday — Pork stir fry with stir-fry vegetables, salad and dressing, whole-wheat roll and margarine, apple cobbler.

Tuesday — Italian chicken, broccoli salad, carrots, cheesy Italian bread, peach pound cake.

Logan Senior Center

Wednesday — Pork riblet, broccoli, carrot raisin salad, whole-wheat roll, cake.

Thursday — Meatloaf, au gratin potatoes, mixed veggies, roll with margarine, orange.

Friday — Chicken spaghetti, beets, green salad with dressing, garlic toast, peaches.

Monday — Red chile beef enchiladas, pinto beans, lettuce and tomato, salsa, crackers, chocolate pudding.

Tuesday — Lemon baked chicken, rice, cucumber salad with dressing, beets, cake.
