• Michael S. Isham, 45, Amarillo, Texas, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (refusal).

• Elizabeth Ann Schoen, 30, New Orleans, aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (refusal; fifth offense).

• Samuel Dan Stranton, 59, Hobbs, driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or any drug (0.08 or above).

• Thomas Tietjen, 57, Tucumcari, battery upon a peace officer and resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.
