• James Morris, 49, Santa Fe, use of telephone to terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or threaten.

• Samuel Dan Stanton, 59, Hobbs, contempt of court.

• Andrew R. Martinez, 28, Vaughn, warrant from other counties or states.

• Nicole Renee Montoya, 50, Moriarty, warrant from other counties or states.

• Robert Tyson Chandler, 38, Tucumcari, criminal trespass (unposted) and disorderly conduct.

• Desmond Lee Engel, 19, Portales, intentional child abuse (no death or great bodily harm), aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and bribery of a witness (threats).
