• Daren Scott Baca, 52, Tucumcari, probation violation.

• Jackson Douglas Talvitie, 43, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

• Joseph Marcus White, 23, Ruidoso, criminal damage to the property of a household member (over $1,000) and battery on a household member (fourth or subsequent offense).

• Allysea R. Brewer, 36, Bent, contempt of court.

• Trent Diggs, 28, Tampa, Florida, receiving or transferring stolen motor vehicles (third or subsequent offense).
