— Eugene A. Gonzales, 57, Tucumcari, contempt of court.

— Jesse Villasenor, 39, Albuquerque, embezzlement (over $250).

— James Tennent, 40, Albuquerque, residential burglary, larceny (over $250), conspiracy to commit residential burglary, conspiracy to commit tampering with evidence (capital crime or first- or second-degree felony), criminal trespass (posted) and criminal damage to property (under $1,000).

— Manuel Nelson Ramirez, 32, Logan, felony possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug) and wrongful use of public property (request to leave).

— Andre Walker, 27, Frisco, Texas, felony possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug), charge not listed and stopping or parking prohibited in specific places.
