Wednesday — Breakfast: Bacon and cheese frittata cup, toast, assorted cereal, graham crackers, fresh strawberries, orange juice, skim, 1% or strawberry milk; Lunch: Ham and egg chef salad, teriyaki chicken, brown rice, California blend vegetables, fresh broccoli, mandarin oranges, skim, chocolate skim, 1% or strawberry milk.

Thursday — Breakfast: Sausage and egg muffinwich, assorted cereal, graham crackers, orange juice, apple juice, skim, 1% or strawberry milk; Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich, cheeseburger, french fries, baked beans, romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, dill pickle chip, fresh mixed fruit, skim, chocolate skim, 1% or strawberry milk.

Monday — Breakfast: Pancake sausage on a stick, graham crackers, Froot Loops, fresh banana, orange juice, skim or 1% milk; Lunch: Ham and cheese chef salad, chicken nuggets, breadstick, french fries, peas and carrots, celery, fresh cantaloupe, skim, 1% or chocolate skim milk.

Tuesday — Breakfast: Egg and cheese muffinwich, cinni mini, fresh mixed fruit, apple juice, skim or 1% milk; Lunch: Salami and provolone bagel, beef nachos with cheese sauce, refried pinto beans, romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, salsa, jalapenos, fresh orange, skim, chocolate skim or 1% milk.

Wednesday — Carnitas, Spanish rice, pinto beans, lettuce and tomatoes, tortilla chips, pineapple tidbits.

Thursday — Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, roll with margarine, apple crisp.

Friday — Lemon fish, long grain rice, winter blend vegetables, roll with margarine, plums.

Monday — Chicken marsala, mushrooms and noodles, broccoli, carrots, peaches.

Tuesday — Chicken strips, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll with margarine, pears.

Tuesday — Beef stew, roll with margarine, brownies.
