Wednesday — Swiss steak, baked potato, steamed cabbage, whole-wheat dinner roll, mixed fruit.

Thursday — Spaghetti and meatballs, green salad, Italian mixed vegetables, garlic bread, pineapple tidbits.

Friday — Salisbury steak, parsley potatoes, spinach, dinner roll, fruit salad.

Monday — Green chile chicken enchiladas, pinto beans, Spanish rice, strawberries.

Tuesday — Stuffed pepper, pinto beans, broccoli spears, whole-wheat roll, tropical fruit.

Wednesday — Beef fajitas with lettuce and tomatoes, Spanish rice, California blend vegetables, chocolate pudding.

Thursday — Baked fish, rice, Brussels sprouts, roll with margarine, spiced apple cobbler.

Friday — Shepherd’s pie, tossed salad with dressing, roll with margarine, Jell-O with fruit.

Monday — Frito pie with red chile meat sauce, lettuce, onions, tomato and cheese, refried beans, pears.

Tuesday — Green chile chicken enchiladas with lettuce and tomatoes, pinto beans, cucumber salad, pound cake with strawberries.
