— Daniel Weiss, 41, Apple Valley, California, driving under the influence of liquor (0.08; fourth offense), open drink container and speeding.

— Bernadette Tapia, 40, Tucumcari, two counts of battery against a household member.

— Troy D. Cooper, 44, Tucumcari, shoplifting ($100 or less).

— Briana Emilee Willebrand, 19, no address listed, criminal damage to the property of a household member (under $1,000).

— Jeremiah Olson, 43, Mesa, Arizona, criminal damage to property (over $1,000), two counts of assault upon a peace officer and two counts of resisting, evading or obstructing an officer.

These individuals were released from the Quay County Detention Center from March 5 to March 8:
